When purchasing from the SiliMama website the following shipping terms apply:
- Shipping is a flat standard rate of $7 Australia wide.
- Express Post is set at a flat rate of $12.50
- FREE Shipping applies to orders of $150 or more
- Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days depending on availability.
- International shipping is available to all countries however please contact us to arrange a quote for delivery.
- All duty taxes for International orders sent are the responsibility of the receiver.
We want you to love your SiliMama products and be 100% satisfied with your purchase upon receiving your order. If you do receive your order and you would like to return your products to exchange them for something else that’s not a problem. You can contact us at email@example.com to arrange your return.
Our return policy is valid for 14 from receiving your order. If it has been more than 14 days since your order arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be brand new, unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be unopened from its original packaging.

Any shipping charges or duty/tax will be the responsibility of yourself upon returning your products. Shipping costs from your original order are non refundable.
There are certain situations where your exchange can be refused:
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item that is returned more than 14 days of original delivery date.
Any authorised returns will incur a 15% restock fee.
Within 14 days of receiving your order you are able to apply for a refund for change of mind or products with a manufacturer fault. All refunds and returns will be processed within 3 business days. Refunds are not available on sale items. All items sold in our Samples + Seconds are ineligible for return or refund, so shop carefully.
Upon returning your item/s for a refund please ensure to include the original delivery receipt and which item you would like to exchange for. The shipping time for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary depending on where you live.
It is always recommended that you use tracking when returning your items as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
When processing your refund, we will endeavor to get back to you as soon as possible with the return outcome. Your refund will only be returned to you the same way it was paid eg. credit card/paypal etc. Alternatively you can write to us and request a store credit or gift card for future use. The above policies relate only to purchases made from the https://www.silimama.com website. Any items purchased elsewhere must be returned to the original place of purchase, including faulty items.Upon returning your items to a retail store you will be offered the terms of exchange or refund from that store. Your rights for faulty items under the Australian Consumer Act still apply.
